I've done 3 of these bright, happy poppy paintings with heavy body acrylics.  This is Poppy 2.  With heavy body acrylics you get a lot of texture and can see the actual brush strokes in the painting.  This painting is 6 inches x 6 inches on 1 1/2 inch cradled canvas.  You can hang these in a grouping, or sit them on a shelf or counter.
