This bright and happy mixed media painting was a result of wanting to use yellows and purples in a landscape.  There's a feeling of distance created with the winding road and faraway trees.  I hand paint papers, then tear them into the shapes of the landscape.  They are collaged onto wood panel after painting the sky in acrylic.  Where would you imagine this lovely painting in your home?
